Shaanxi Brilliant Launches Dedicated CNC Cell for Oil & Gas Precision Parts

2025-08-28

To meet the demanding tolerance requirements of the oil & gas industry, Shaanxi Brilliant Machinery Co., Ltd. has launched a dedicated CNC machining cell focused exclusively on critical components such as connector subs, shaped charge housings, and casing hardware.

This new cell features four vertical Turning centers (VTCs) and six horizontal machining centers (HMCs), all equipped with Renishaw probes and Siemens controls. Each machine is directly linked to our centralized DNC system, allowing seamless loading of approved G-code and process sheets.

Oil & Gas Focused Tolerancing

The cell is calibrated to achieve dimensional tolerances of ±0.01 mm and surface finishes as fine as Ra 0.4 µm. Threading operations, including API and proprietary thread forms, are carried out using synchronized CNC thread mills with real-time in-process gauging. These standards are essential for sealing under high-pressure well environments.
